Ahhh the sound of the waves crashing against the shore is so relaxing and comforting!!! The family and I made a trip down to the coast for my one year celebration, the BEST one year of my life thus far, I have seen the light of God shining in the smallest places it's humbling and comforting to know He is EVERYWHERE at all times! The coast is where I first accepted Christ into my life, and where I absolutely feel at home! The past few visit to the beach have been rough, I have always been sick and couldn't do much of anything more than sitting on my bum.... but now, well today I was able to watch the sunrise and wade in the surf with my brother, something we haven't done together since we were about 10.... This past year has been filled with new experiences and the joys of doing things I have longed to do again for many years, and I tell you it's an amazing feeling! This past month has been an emotional roller coaster, dealing with the memories from last year, doctor appts, test results, and weekly blood tests, it's been a rough one.... but large thanks to my amazing friends and family for being there for me 100% this month!!! Well it's almost time to turn in, going to go sit on the porch and soak in the sights and sounds of a full moon, and the crashing of the waves.... heaven!!!
