Oh goodness, I must say I love my job!!! I LOVE knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of the children in the hospital.... This past year has been nothing short of a BLESSING!!! I was able to be actively involved in the Christmas delivery and then our Valentines Party with Josh Abbott, Ryan Beaver, and Brandon Rhyder was amazing and ran perfect, not a flaw!! Now I am in the midst of planning a major event for this summer as well as little events here and there. When you put two heads together(especially my mamas and mine) we could get some real crazy awesome ideas!! Currently we're also collecting coloring books for the ED that is wayyyy over packed, so our living room looks like a coloring book bomb went off. Last night mom was putting them in ziplocks so it'd be a lot easier to keep everything together, seriously without her brains Amber's Angels would be a mess!!! We continue to make great strides at making Amber's Angels all that it can be, we strive to do more each year, and will continue to do so accordingly :) THIS is what keeps me going, THIS is what makes my world go round.... seeing those smiles and hearing their laughter, knowing for a few minutes they forgot about the four walls and remembered to be a kid... yeah, THAT makes it alllll worth it!!!
